Simple Payment Plan

To keep your renovation organized and transparent, payments are divided into clear project milestones:

10% deposit

Due when the agreement is signed to reserve your project start date and begin planning.

30% start-of-project payment

Due when materials are ordered and work begins.

30% progress payment

Due once framing, insulation, electrical rough-in, and drywall are substantially complete.

25% finishing payment

Due when flooring, painting, trim, doors, and final finishes are substantially complete.

5% final payment

Due after the final walkthrough and completion of agreed deficiency items.
